Reliability and Downtime
Users regularly report site problems and bugs that take weeks to fix (https://archive.is/vfsos, https://archive.is/YlCvs, https://archive.is/JFl0F, https://archive.is/OUiqn, https://archive.is/38MbT, https://archive.is/SFu4g, https://archive.is/ADwN7, https://archive.is/Pxv2b, https://archive.is/IeSXk). In one case, a user said they had two orders but neither had started (https://archive.is/lJxz3).
On January 31, 2026, the site displayed a “Web server is down” message. This was captured in a Telegram screenshot at 06:32 (https://archive.is/8AjL1) and in an archive of the site itself at 07:11:07 UTC (https://archive.ph/WyNx7). Yet the status page, archived just four minutes later at 07:15:18 UTC, said “All services are online” (https://archive.ph/U3acl).
Despite this, VaultCord staff have mocked RestoreCord for being “down so much” and having bugs “almost constantly,” and claimed RestoreCord copies their features (https://archive.is/kuNLD). RestoreCord has not had any major downtime in years.
VaultCord users also report frequently being banned from Discord, which points to a problem on VaultCord’s side (https://archive.is/WINPt).
