The RestoreCord Sale Dispute
When asked whether he sold RestoreCord, mak said it sold for $1,500 but that he never received the money. He claimed the buyer may have “double spent,” faked, or cancelled the transaction, and that the buyer pressured him for fast access and later “gaslit” him (https://archive.is/3npNM, https://archive.is/EMKo7, https://archive.is/heJ09, https://archive.is/L5ntY, https://archive.is/sH08M, https://archive.is/3daw3, https://archive.is/ECu8o, https://archive.is/Rrak4, https://archive.is/Uy9m9, https://archive.is/mhNNT, https://archive.is/BbM1X, https://archive.is/645vt, https://archive.is/5qYl4).
On February 26, mak posted in VaultCord Chat that RestoreCord’s database had been leaked and that its owner was hiding it in violation of GDPR. He claimed RestoreCord was “stolen” from him, repeated that he was never paid, and recommended users switch to VaultCord or Restorio (https://archive.is/Z2hMZ). However, in the UDRP claim over the matter, all evidence was submitted and the claim was denied. The evidence showed the $1,500 was paid in Bitcoin and transferred.
