VaultCord’s Owner Encouraging Improper DMCA Claims
VaultCord’s owner, mak (William Nelson), told VaultCord users to file DMCA takedown notices with Cloudflare against a URL. His reasoning was that the site would be taken down because the original Lua protector “didn’t endorse the crack” (https://archive.is/1zp64). DMCA notices are meant to be filed by the copyright holder, not by unrelated third parties like VaultCord’s users.
