VaultCord Withholding Customer Payouts
VaultCord has been accused of holding onto money that belongs to its customers. In one case, around $9,000 in customer funds was reportedly held by VaultCord (https://archive.is/3I2HQ, https://archive.is/X0ncf, https://archive.is/9Xcpw). In another, a VaultCord user expected a payout of about $800 but received only $7 (https://archive.is/Jskyy, https://archive.is/wDFlS).
Sellers on VaultCord’s marketplace have run into similar problems. One VaultCord shop owner was charged several $42 dispute fees and said his balance dropped from $100 to -$21 overnight (https://archive.is/XQigJ, https://archive.is/FP3JR, https://archive.is/m39xn).
